• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to circumvent restrictions or abuse bonuses.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or macros to manipulate the games.
• Harassing, threatening or offending other users in the chat or comment features.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Spreading malware, viruses or malicious code.
• Using the platform for fraudulent purposes or money laundering.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions via VPN, proxy or similar techniques.
• Publishing illegal, offensive or abusive content.
• Reproducing, distributing or selling VibeLoa's content without written permission.
• Allowing minors (under 18 years of age) to use your account.

All content on VibeLoa, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game design, audio, video and software, is owned by CREATtIVE IDEAZ (UK) LTD or licensed from third parties and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

• Du beviljas en begränsad, icke-exklusiv, icke-överlåtbar licens att använda plattformen för personligt, icke-kommersiellt bruk.
• Denna licens ger dig inte rätt att kopiera, modifiera, distribuera eller skapa derivatverk av plattformens innehåll.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial use.

• The "VibeLoa" trademark and associated logos are trademarks belonging to CREATtIVE IDEAZ (UK) LTD
• User-generated content (e.g. profile pictures) remains your property, but you grant us a licence to use it within the scope of the service.

Kontostängning och Uppsägning

Account Closure and Termination

Du kan när som helst stänga ditt konto via kontoinställningarna eller genom att kontakta oss. Vi kan stänga eller avaktivera ditt konto om:

You may close your account at any time via the account settings or by contacting us. We may close or deactivate your account if:

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these terms on your part, you are not entitled to a refund of unused subscription fees.

Tillämplig Lag och Jurisdiktion
